Pastors Rusty & Stacey have been the Lead Pastors of City Church (formerly The Worship Center) since 2004.
Born and raised in Houston, TX, Rusty grew up in the Aldine area and started competing on the professional rodeo circuit at age 15. He met his wife, Stacey, in 1988 and thanks to his mother’s prayers, they were both saved a few months later.
They have two wonderful kids, Joshua and Jessica, as well as their daughter in law, Karissa, and grandsons, Daxton and Elliot.
